Neil Rinehimer is a CPA (CT #11205) and is a member of the AICPA. Neil has a Master of Science in Taxation, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and a Minor in Computer Information Science from Bentley University in Waltham, MA, www.bentley.edu.

Neil has over 16 years of experience servicing clients. Most while working for Deloitte and BDO, 2 of the world’s largest accounting firms.
Chris is an accounting professional and business troubleshooter with more than 20 years of financial, auditing, and operational finance experience working in rapidly changing environments with companies of various sizes. As a business owner, manager and advisor, Chris has experienced the stress and time commitment associated with managing back office accounting and administration functions. He co-founded rinehimerbaker to create durable, stress-free back office accounting solutions for owners and managers who want to achieve more.
Chris started his career at PwC as an Auditor and was quickly promoted as a top performer to Senior Auditor. He went on to command key accounting and financial leadership roles where he reengineered process and built new financial functions, supported significant growth, developed investment business cases, secured critical organizational financing and strengthened financial controls.
Chris is a licensed CPA in Indiana and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Indiana license #CP19800494 and AICPA #01660720). Chris graduated with an Honors B.S. in Accounting with High Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, IN. He was recognized as an Elijah Watt Sells national medalist and with the Indiana High Grade award for his CPA exam performance. Chris is a volunteer leader with the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association, a local youth sports organization serving over 7,000 area youth annually.

Ilyse has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience in a variety of public and private accounting roles. She has the proven ability to develop high performance, cohesive accounting teams and produce relevant financial reporting and analysis for stakeholders. Before joining rinehimerbaker, Ilyse most recently was the controller of a privately-owned conglomerate whose businesses include event planning, food and beverage catering, and property management. She earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the University of Delaware. She holds a Delaware CPA license. Ilyse and her husband enjoy spinning classes, time at the beach, and visiting their two sons.
Tonya Lilly has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina (License 28942). She has 20 years of experience working for Fortune 100 companies including IBM and HP- specializing in accounting systems, financial planning, and revenue recognition. Tonya is a certified Sage Intacct implementation specialist and has expertise in helping clients implement process improvements in order to gain efficiencies and get more accurate financial results quicker. When she’s not helping customers, you may find Tonya on the tennis court, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen or planning a trip to an exotic location.
Zachariah is a financial and accounting consultant focused on helping businesses thrive through startup and key transitions. He has spearheaded ERP system implementations transitions, designed financial controls and workflows, and delivered actionable insights to drive sustainable growth in shifting business climates. His experiences penetrate an array of industries, such as non-profit, hospitality, and professional services, allowing him to deliver acute, nimble advice to each engagement. Zachariah double majored at Florida Atlantic University’s Wilkes Honors College, graduating summa cum laude; his innovative research on the commercialization of the invasive lionfish populations earned the college’s prestigious Outstanding Thesis award. Upon graduation, he was inducted into FAU’s Parliament of OWLs, the university’s honorary alumni leadership society of which only one graduate of each college is inducted annually. Zachariah currently serves on the board of the non-profit Mind & Melody and is a committee chair of multiple local non-profit fundraising events, including ArtiGras, one of the nation’s top 100 fine art festivals. Outside of work Zachariah enjoys volunteering in charity fishing tournaments and spending time by the water with his wife and friends.
Michael is a finance and accounting consultant focused on helping businesses leverage today’s technology to improve and automate their processes. He started his career in public accounting providing tax and audit services to clients in varying industries. In roles of increasing responsibility, he developed an understanding of how finance teams operate. This foundation enables him to implement practical solutions that solve problems. Michael earned his bachelors in both Accounting and Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University. He is a licensed CPA in Connecticut ( #17607).
Originally a New York native that’s been in the Banking industry for more than 15 years, she is ready to put her knowledge to use for you. Utilizing her background in documentation and due diligence review; Kacey will help keep your business goals on track by looking for process improvements. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time exploring South Florida with friends, and volunteering within the local community. Let Kacey help you play harder.
Sharon is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she was born and raised. Sharon has a demonstrated history of working in the field of accounting. Prior to joining rinehimerbaker in early 2019, she spent nearly 10 years working as a Corporate Staff Accountant for a luxury Palm Beach resort where she focused on their hotel, restaurant and club businesses. Sharon has spent time coordinating volunteer efforts and donation drives for various local charities including Quantum House, The Komen Foundation, Toys for Tots and The United Way. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and enjoying the beautiful Florida outdoors.
Monica Radewitz is an accounting and tax professional that works closely with our clients to make their lives simpler and to ensure that the right tax guidance makes the difference in their financial decisions. She is committed to continuing education to evolve with the needs of our clients in the dynamic world of business, taxation, and finance. Monica was born in Colombia (South America) and migrated to the USA over a decade ago to start a family and pursue professional growth. Her Spanish background adds cultural and language variety to our company. Her knowledge curiosity is based on “Do the best you can until you know better. Dan Olbrych has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida. He has experience in a variety of industries such as non-profit, financial planning, and construction which allows him to better understand our client’s needs. Dan is a volunteer leader with the Scouts BSA, a national youth organization serving over 7,250 area youth annually. When he is not in the office or volunteering, he enjoys spending time on the water with his family.
Kirti has a masters degree in International Technology Management from Warwick University and a B.E. in Electrics and Telecommunications Engineering from Pune University, Maharashtra (India). She has 10+ years of business management experience with the last five spent as Financial Manager and Bookkeeper for Maritime Diesel Electric in Ft. Lauderdale and three years as a research analyst. She was recognized and rewarded by the Institute of Electrical and Electrical Engineers for the project’s success at a ceremony held in China. Kirti has a certification in Financial Markets from NSE in her free time, she loves helping people in need and loves to travel with her family.
Jon is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Coming from a medium-sized accounting firm, Jon is experienced with many different aspects of the field of taxation. He excels at research and implementing information technology in business. In his free time, Jon likes to volunteer in the local community and spending time with his family, friends, and dogs.
